Payment

Paypal.

Please make sure to submit payment when you buy an item. 

For non-paying buyers, the transaction will be canceled. We will wait for the payment til two days after that deadline will cancel the transaction.

If there's any problem, don't doubt contacting us.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes.

Shipping

Packages are shipped via Chilean Post Office, certified. The shipment will be made between two and three working days after cleared payment for your order.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for package to arrive*.

When a package is not picked up in the post office and it is returned to us, the client must pay the shipping again. To avoid this , please add your phone number so they can get in touch with you, in case you are not at the address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns policy:

Contact us after 10 days afer you recieve your package for refunds. We´ll refund the sale price (not shipping price). 

To refund your money, products must be returned in their original packaging.

 Used or damaged products will NOT be accepted.

 Return shipping fees will be at the clients cost.
